| Job Description: |
Purpose: Works closely with other members of the organization and customers to develop and maintain application components for the b-50 product suite. Builds linkages between the Web application, data warehouse, and operational systems. Reviews, analyzes, and rewrites application components to increase operating efficiency and/or adapt the components to new requirements / technology. Tests application components to ensure correctness. Corrects application errors by modifying the components and/or altering the sequence of program steps. Documents component development and subsequent revisions. May write instructions and/or help train operating personnel / customers in the use of the application components created / modified.
